Authorization must be obtained before returning merchandise. All returned items must be sent freight prepaid. Items that have been damaged or altered are not warranted and can not be returned for credit.

Merchandise Damaged And Or Shortages

Inspect all your parts immediately upon delivery. If you should receive parts that are freight damaged or missing due to a broken box, contact the carrier immediately (Post Office, Freight Line or Ups). All Damaged merchandise must be held in original container for inspection by Delivering carrier. Notify the delivery person, and make notation on the bill of lading.
